Saying the whole cast of SA is very well fleshed out is complete bollocks. Okuu is really the only one who is 'fleshed out' in the slighest, and when you compare her to all other stage 6 bosses she isn't really fleshed out at all.

If you're going to disregard the official manga you can throw Soku out of the window as well, because even ZUN said he felt that he went a bit too far in making it 'silly'.
