It's not secret that Pekora is known to be a bit of an awkward introvert that has trouble making connections with people. It is also widely known that Miko was the one that convinced her to join hololive. We are now seeing why this was the case as Miko needed somebody vulnerable that she could groom. She is a very sick girl and probably doesn't spend a lot of time outdoors. We also know that she is a huge pervert and due to her isolation probably developed a bit of a porn addiction. Her brain has been warped due to years and years of daily porn consumption and we are just seeing the real world consequences of such a thing. She developed a need to see other things ruined, corrupted, and broken.......just like herself. She always hated being stuck inside due to her sickness and was never able to make friends due to this but Pekora was the one exception. Their friendship goes way back but the porn addiction and isolation took it's toll on Miko's mind and she couldn't resist corrupting even the one friend she ever had.

Don't you find it strange that Hololive kept getting increasingly more "degenelate" as each generation debuted? The new generation comes in and they are told to go have a talk with Miko-senpai and the mind breaking begins. Haachama did not kill Haato.....Miko mind broke her after she got her perverted sickly hands on her. Pekora is now a lost cause and will hop from girl to girl destroying hopes and dreams due to her broken mind, and it's all a part of Miko's perverted fantasy.
