I just tried the Maccos blowjob hole. I don't know exactly what to call her, 絶頂バキューム 淫口アイドリップ, but I think Climax (by?) Vacuum Idol Lip is close enough. She's not any easier or harder to clean than the MoT. You just have to be careful about drying around her teeth and under her tongue.
