I don't think it's justified to kill bullies, at least not specifically Ange's, but I don't think it's immoral, unexpected or unsympathetic that she thought of doing so for a brief moment that, again, she later regretted.
Let's walk through this for a moment, shall we? She had just been brought to the point of tears, not just because of the bullying but also because of the way she has been treated all of her life. At that point, she begs her imaginary friend to kill these people and lashes out at them for not doing so. This is the part you have a problem with. Later on, she expresses strong regret over this situation. I already explained in my little wall why I think it's entirely expected and justified for her to think this way, but why would a dangerous, sociopathic would-be murderer ever even experience any regret at all for wishing death on another person? If anything, it expresses some compassion on Ange's part, because few people think twice about wishing death on their bullies.
She didn't do anything wrong, her moment was very emotional and expected, and she didn't approve of herself for thinking that way. In what world is there anything wrong with that? If she needs therapy at all, it's definitely not for that.
