To my knowledge, that anon has been doing that with her community streams, streams that have the same reupload warning as her fantia content, and we have never had any problems. also, there are only two Noel threads, the /vt/ and /jp/ver. Only the /jp/ ver. goes deep into her roommate, meaning the chances of the /vt/ ver. ever even mentioning her fantia content is slim at best.

didn't know there was clear definition of what a "fan" is, from what I remember it's just someone who enjoys someone's content.

If that's not only the one subscription you have to any other content creator, but the only subscription ever, then yeah it $5. However, you and me both know that that's not the case. if you were to count up all the subscriptions you have, they will definitely not be "less than 5 USD" For example, say I get $4.99 subscriptions for Ina, Noel, Haachama, and Marine. that would equal $19.96 per month, and that is before tax. and say you have other subscriptions to other stuff, say like a gym membership and other streaming subscriptions, that can easily get you up to paying cable prices. Now sure, if you have the means to it, go ahead and pay, but you got to realize that not everyone has the money to keep piling onto subscriptions, and not everyone is willing to cancel other subs just to add another one.
