realistically speaking, if you have access to a 3d printer or are decent with clay, heads are the easiest thing you can just make yourself.
create a basic mold, suspend a foam core, cast in consumer grade silicone for stuff like masks or that is used to make dildos.
Most manufacture bodies use standardized m16 sockets at this point, so pretty easy to plug anything on it. Hardest part will be color matching, but you would at least have full flexibility as opposed to being stuck with whatever mfg is willing to work with you to custom a head for 2-4k.

obviously the mfg are going to be really good at it to begin with and your starting from scratch.

aquarium pumps come with a very small tube, which is what you put in the hole.

In addition you want the air blowing from the back of the hole out, not just spraying the entrance. This allows the air to pick up moisture and carry it outside the doll(the entire point of the pump is air circulation induced evaporation).

Most likely that pump would not only be loud and inefficient, but a lot of those tend to overheat too so you couldnt really run it for the multiple hours you would need.
