Himetan just lacks confidence, on paper, her voice should be similar to Su but she is too conservative in her singing, she doesn't explore her range and lacks power to deliver her lines properly.

Maybe Himetan has low self esteem seeing her sister getting all the attention since they were kids, afterall,

Su was accepted right away in ASH when they auditioned together, Himetan had to wait a year or so.
Su was getting projects like Karen Girl's, that musical i don't remember the name and was considered as Amuse's next big thing.
Su carried a project like BM that had no budget at first and was labeled as a joke in idol and metal fandoms alike.
Su has been singing in huge scenarios, even adverse ones like Sonisphere and she has triumphed in all of them.
And when Himetan finally entered a big project like Nogizaka46, she is playing second fiddle even to newcomers and when she gets attention its because she is Su's sister.

It's pretty rough, maybe she needs a break to reevaluate her career ala Ayami and try more harder sounds like jrock or something like she does in the video.
