My real point is that, assuming the nature of Arcueid as a higher fairy and that Roa was btfo by Dante, it would be plausible to think that Millenium Castle Brunestud was there with a loli arcueid doing her thing.

FGO timeline nature makes it uncertain if that is the case.
Also, the accounts of Aylesburi Valesti + Overcount 1999 are so poorly documented that Nasu could spawn whatever he wanted from it (like he did with ORT).

You mean Einnash? Well, it does indeed have a good basis consdering that Talk/Prelude kind of builds up inside a place that is very similar to, and maybe it is, Einnash. I would probably bet on that for LB7 if what I said proves wrong.

Nasu already implied all Tsukihime characters are kind of there, they are just either too irrelevant or too weak to be part of the plot. Check the last Nasu invterview for clarification.

I brought a seyuu specialist and we compared the sound font of Red Arcueid and some more low voice from A:E from Melty Blood. He said it had a good chance of being the same, although he thinks it is another Seyuu.
I think that voice will be clarified on the new opening.
