Look, obviously monsters do not get an irrepressible urge to fuck the moment they hit monster-puberty because the majority of relationships depicted in the setting material are between adults. The Sabbath exists precisely because loli is still "niche," though not frowned upon.
It exists as an option you can take if you want, it's not something you have to go out of your way to avoid falling into.
