We didn't have the mass pre-clear mindless farming like that other event, so accidents were rare. Simply failing to complete the event isn't really qualifying material, although sometimes I've used them to illustrate the nature of the event. There was some space in the bottom left so I tossed in a butthurt representative, but maybe I should replace that with abyss fanart or something.

Iowa's an irreplaceable (probably for a fairly long time) high value ship and the main reward of the event, so scrapping is significant, and rejecting Iowa is the theme of the right side. Iowa trashing was a unique aspect of the event so I highlighted it.
