Can you guys help me figuring out the first and the last characters here?
I just finished memorizing all hiragana/katakana but custom fonts are still annoying for me, like for example the に in this image is kinda different from what I see in Anki and the DJT kana trainer.

Is the last character a weird looking 了 by any chance?
No idea what the first one could be I tried OCR websites and even drawing it in Jisho.com but didn't get any decent results...
