Core2/6k uses 載せる, but Jisho uses 乗せる for the same meaning. Is there any real difference between the two, or just preference in kanji?
I'd imagine 載せる may be used more for "to place something upon" while 乗せる is more for the "to give a ride" meaning, just given the meanings of the kanji
