Well, first off that's not a nun costume, that's the school uniform from her new drama. If you mean the singasong thing, it's a dance routine invented by Lucky Ikeda (the same guy who made Kokoro no Placard's routine and countless other dances for children programs) exclusively for her Janken introduction. Too bad she kept all of this secret until the event was over, if someone knew beforehand it would've looked much less awkward.

You aren't alone apparently. Even at Budokan none of the fans knew she was going to perform it either so nobody cheered along, which resulted in the coldest reception at the tournament.
