While there are lots of annoying atheists, you have to understand that any christian who claims 'excuse me, what have I done to offend you' is passively supporting teaching creation theory in schools, the pro-life agenda, amongst others, just by labeling themselves 'christian'. It doesn't matter if they vote democrat or republican, or even if they are apathetic about those issues.

By labeling yourself christian, you lend credibility and the illusion of numbers to the fundies. Sure, you may not mean to, but you are. This is why these annoying atheists will constantly attack people's ideas.

Me, I just want people to actually think about their beliefs, and understand that most people really are incapable of that, so don't bother harassing them.
