I have a question that probably is caused because I am forgetting something, or my knowledge of Japanese society is incomplete. Why do Alice and Shizuki refer to each other by their first names instead of their second names like Aozaki and Soujuurou do? Does it have anything to do with Alice being half English and the latter being a simpleton?
