First off, I don't mean to rain on your parade but you're starting with 5 lives, not 3 which the default. Take this as you will but you are starting with more lives than what is considered for a "1CC" You can change your lives in the options menu.

Secondly before we even start, I prefer MarisaA personally for my first survival run than MarisaB because MarisaA does a lot more damage at the bottom where you were hanging out. You will notice that to hit with all of MarisaB's bullets you have to be a lot closer to the enemy. Less time on spell cards is less of a chance of you dieing. MarisaA's spread isn't so great but that just means you will have to be more alert during stages and memorize them a bit.

I started to write things down on spell cards what you could have done but you seemed to bomb a lot of them from the start. For example, Cirno's Icicle Fall is pretty easy once you figure it out, just and go to the left or right early on in the spellcard before they are closing in on you and you can easily avoid the burst she does near the end. You bombed near the end of Meiling's colorful rain when you didn't seem like you were in much danger. I can understand bombing your way through a spell card you don't think you can handle but this happened a bit too much in my opinion.

I'm not sure whether I should advise you to improve your intuition on your movements or your sense of bullet directions because you pulled off some pretty good moves as well as ran into some bullets that really didn't need to happen. So, as always here, practice is perfect.

Lastly, I noticed you bombed on Remilia's last spell card when there were no bullets near you, her last spell card does not allow any damage to her when you are bombing so keep them strictly for survival.
