Junko is someone that can't be taken lightly.
Any anon that wants to enjoy Junko's love is always going to play second fiddle to her hatred of the moon.
As well you'd have to be 100% pure in your intentions to either care for her or join her in her revenge as she powers which she'll eventually use on you will reveal your true nature eventually.
She's reasonable outside of that however and would likely enjoy someone to rant to and maybe even grow closer with as she'd divine your true intentions before long and bring them out.
However you're main issue is playing second fiddle to her revenge and having to live with the fact that Heca will be using her like a tool when she wants to make her next move.

All in all Junko is about a 5/5 on the relationship difficulty scale and anyone wanting to pursue her will first have to locate her, get to her safely, and have honest intentions of loving her AND snubbing down those moon bitches with a fury.
