Finally got around to trying the A10 Piston, and am I not sure how to feel as of yet. Build quality is much better than the handy, its cordless, but very large and heavy. Sitting cross legged or using something to prop it up would be fine. Tried using it in a chair and haven't used the desk clamp as of yet.

Started with this sleeve and Insomia lotion. Not sure if it was because the sleeve is mostly loose and wide open or the runny lube but I never ran out of lube, it moved smoothly the whole time, and was honestly hard to even finish at max speed because stimulation was low. Using the handy strap you basically death grip your hole so its very tight, but this is not. Great for a long edge, but the final orgasm was pretty lame and no big explosion.

Will try some of the tighter and more stimulating sleeves and maybe a thicker lotion to see how it compares. I will say I had way less hassle using it than the handy, and the variation in modes is great and noticeable.
