Anyone faced fungus infection from onahole use before?

Used the same R20 3rd Gen onahole with onatsuyu lube for the past 3 years, but this week my dick had those white spots turning up and it looked like my dicks about to rot off
Applied clotrimazol and they cleared off after 2 days but not completely yet, doctor says to use it for a week at least

Regarding the issue of information leakage on my X account, which was discussed on an external bulletin board last week, I would like to share the results of the investigation, including PC logs, and offer my sincere apologies.
■ Report of Events

During confirmation of the posting process for an X reservation for a sales matter, I operated MediaStudio for the relevant video on the company PC.
At this time, Twitter had just changed to X, so the UI and functions were different.

■ Conclusion
While it involves some speculation, the likelihood is extremely high that during the MediaStudio test on August 24, 2023, the images inadvertently set as thumbnails were those taken in step 2.
It is speculated that oversight occurred due to conducting a phone conference meeting during the operation. (There might also have been a lag in thumbnail replacement due to the timing of the X system change).
"Measures to Prevent Recurrence"
Personally, except for communication purposes via DMs necessary for work, I will refrain from using personal SNS accounts on company PCs.
Furthermore, as a company-wide measure, the following preventive measures will be implemented by the end of March 2024:

Strict enforcement of internal rules regarding SNS accounts.
Establishment of a new process where the company issues and distributes accounts with restricted access for testing purposes.
Training on information leakage prevention measures for employees holding public SNS accounts on behalf of the company.
