Depends on the hairstyle and clothing, but simple things like shirts, pants, and non-braided hairstyles will probably be just fine! Seems the biggest issue on the newest weight reduced model is that the torso is too off proportionally (and the S42 you linked is even more compact) which makes her harder to dress but if you're worried about weight it might be a good compromise.
