Everything in the 10th single and 2nd album announcements was about the "new" Hinatazaka. I do think they're coming in some way, but no idea how missing Kouhaku will alter that, for better or worse.

That's because the traditional myth requires a setting where Kitsune(or monsters in general) are ot accepted in human society, and need to disguise themselves in order to gain their loves trust. Eventually that disguise will break and the lover will have to decide if they truly love a monster etc etc, but in most of the settings based on MGE coexistance is already a thing, so now what was considered monstruous and appalling before is now attractive and sought after. No longer do the Kitsunes have to hide their true selves, and i think that is beautiful in its own way, to be accepted as one is without having to hide parts of you.
You could always write a story about an Order knight who falls in love with a beautiful maiden,etc etc.
