Honestly, when you stop and think about it, Noel is the most cuckquean out of all the HoloLivers. The Nizi project (Rainbow Project) is bluntly a copy of produce 101 but for the Japanese market but they do very little to appeal to what makes Japan love jpop and ignore every possible thing Jpop is unique for. What makes Jpop loveable is that it has never appealed to wester audience for its sometimes bizzare concepts and unconventional melodies and themes. What makes Jpop unique is that actually what alot of kpop stans call "Korean" is actually Japanese. Your heart fingers, your pen lights, your clothing from the 90s were all borrowed from Japanese idol culture. You are being LIED TO because Korea has always been jealous of Japan's music industry since the damn 1970s!! Not to mention political beef that got a Japanese member of I zone crusified. KOREAN COMPANIES DO NOT CARE ABOUT JAPANESE SOCIETY AND THEIR CULTURE THEY WANT THEIR MONEY. Japan is 2# in the music industry while Korea is 6#...let that sink in... They want that sweet sweet spot as much as anyone does. Japanese was once like Korea, they treated their idols like dog shit because they thought that is what the people wanted, a carbon copy machine never producing failure. But Japan GREW from that. They didn't NEED outside help from western markets they flourished by themselves. They made music for Japan loved by Japan, that's all they needed.
The Nizi project is a failure in all sides and should've just been another 10000 Korean shows decieving young females of appreciation and of their self worth. There is nothing Japanese about it.
