True NEET thread.

Question of the day: how do you cope with the gut wrenching shame of being a failure? I can't come to terms with it. I've been a NEET for nearly 4 years, but I still feel as much guilt and regret as I did during the first day.

Oh man, this is the biggest problem if I ever intend to move. Computer is easy, I only have six laptops, but I have bookshelves of books from my university days that I do not want to get rid of.

I'm new to Touhou. Can someone please tell me which games are good and which ones I should skip? Are the games available in English and do they have a story worth caring about?

For reference, I am experienced with shooters and danmaku in general.

Is there any list or website I can see where there are visual novels that have skippable ero scenes? I tried looking through some tags on VNDB and I could only find ones with skippable "gameplay" scenes(Minigames, I guess).

So I finally 1cc'd EoSD normal[/spoiler]

I was pretty disappointed. After the challenge that Patchouli and especially Sakuya(And her stage), I expected stage 6 to be nearly impossible. I killed Remilia, only losing a life because I didn't realize how big the hitbox for those lasers would be.

Anyway, what would be the next best step to become better at SHMUP games? Playing it on hard or lunatic, or just going to a new game altogether? If so, which one? Also, STG general I suppose.
