I like you're art rags, It's pretty recognizable.
If you want some critique, you could play a lil' bit more with the faces before deciding on a final one, nothing fancy, just cut the eyes, nose and mouth in photoshop and move them around up and down to see what changes it makes.
Oh, and all the complains you get about the faces is not so much in the face but in the proportion of the head, you are using regular proportions all over the body, then putting an animu-esque face on the head, you could just address to animu proportions where the proportion of the head and the shoulder is almost 1-1.2, this would make the head relatively big, but the face would fit in there perfectly. Or you could make the facial features a lil' bit smaller, not too much, I think. Everything else looks pretty good to me.
Hope you find this useful and I'm not just repeating something you've already heard before.
