Maria's original filter which was just a collection of common typos and phrases from italy was good (sans the adn word boundary pitfall), but these recent additions with advanced pattern matching are pretty bad.

The original filter had simple enough rules that anyone could read and understand the gist of them without regex knowledge and it had simple comments explaining how to use it. That's far more valuable than someone trying to be clever with mad RE skillz and then accidentally matching half the thread with no stubs on.

If you really paid attention you could have realized something was up with Satoko in the very first episode, when she stayed behind at school with Rena, but I don't know if anyone caught it at that point, it's a pretty minor detail. The next clue that was her death alongside Rika in episode 4, while suspicious you could theorize ways in which she wasn't the culprit and still died here. For example after episode 4 aired I was convinced that Rika had killed herself and I was pretty sure Satoko had done the same, but I thought the reason was out of despair over Rika's death and not because she was a looper which was the actual reason.

Satoko winning at the card game so quickly in episode 5 was the first big hint for me that she was suspicious, it's what convinced me and others that Satoko is suspicious and is why they spent so much time showing her memorizing the cards in Satokowashi. Later we have Satoko showing up at the Sonozaki house. The anime didn't show this but in the manga when Satoko and Mion are shown dead together we can see the sauce bottle that Satoko takes with her. In Sotsu we actually see Satoko grab the bottle adn take it with her to the Sonozaki house. Why they chose to exclude the bottle from the shot in the Gou anime I don't know for sure, but if we did see it then it could have been another hint. Obviously the bottle it's meant to be Satoko's excuse to go the Sonozaki house, like it was Rika's in the original Watanagashi-hen/Meakashi-hen, but isn't the reason Rika goes there in the original because she is a looper that knows Shion has/is going to kill everyone? Satoko going to the Sonozaki house at least implies that she knows Shmion is the one causing the disappearances.

Before the final episode of Tatariakshi, the big thing that everyone focused on was the puking scene and how unconvincing it apparently was. In the last episode of Tatariakashi, Satoko dragging K1 away was suspicious not to mention we see that she doesn't have any bruises as compared to the original where she did.

In Nekodamashi, Satoko still fails the mahjong trick, it's possible she failed it on purpose so as not to blow her cover. I don't think the shot of her in front of the burning house doesn't arouse any suspicion unless you already suspected her, the Angel Mort scene and why there is very little blood under Satoko is highly suspicious by itself though. The last big hint before the reveal was Satoko killing Rika, which coincidentally happened during Rika's supposed last life.

Just before she confronts Satoko, we see that Rika realizes someone else is throwing the dice, but how exactly did she decide it was Satoko? Was it simply due to the disembowelment and Satoko begging for Rika to stay in Hinamizawa? Was she able to remember how badly going to St. Lucia was for Satoko and put the two pieces together? Did Rika realize her "sin" like Battler did? It might be too much to ask for but I'm hoping for more details on Rika's thought process and how she figured out the culprit.
