Been unemployed for a few months now.
I worked a really long time, but my last job was just super stressful and miserable. I saved up a ton of money on account of being so used to being poor I didn’t know what to do with it. Enough that I could easily look after myself for years.
So I moved back to my country of origin, into a quiet little home in the countryside away from the city.
It’s so nice.
It’s quiet.
It’s restful.
Nobody knows me or bothers me, besides my family sometimes.
I can just lie and do nothing all day.
I buy local, quality food at cheap prices, sometimes play vidya, learn to cook, and browse 4chan.
It’s been very relaxing.
But, I’m also now interviewing for jobs again.
Hopefully I can land another comfy remote job like what I had before.
If I didn’t want a family (I’m the oldest sibling and the rest are useless fuckups that don’t want kids) I would probably stay like this for a long, long time.
But I do, so I have to go LARP as a normie some more.
People are so exhausting.
I genuinely don’t blame any of you for not wanting to deal with them.
Sorry to blog. It’s just been on my mind.
