How can any food otaku not be a fan of... NOODLES! Noodles can be found everywhere, from the backwood kitchens of rural Italy to the stalls on streets in Tokyo, Japan. Noodles (and pasta, in general) have an incredibly extensive history. I can't imagine what the world would look like today without noodles in it.

It's a show about a food otaku who travels around the US visiting many doujin food shops as he can. His name is Guy Fieri and you can watch his show on the Food Network. I think that food otaku everywhere should aspire to emulate his lifestyle and I can't think of any reasons why food otaku shouldn't watch his show.
