Everyone will be romanceable except the imouto. Don't expect the romance to be any good though. The romance aspect feels forced and unnecessary for a good half of Key heroines and I'm actually glad they're not making it part of every female character route nowadays. If she did have to move to the big city for work, I think she would be miserable. Cramped, can't fly, can't stretch her wings, journalism work is always extortionate, no respect, no friends (and trust me, no friends in the city somehow feels worse than no friends in the country) and no particular prospects because she strikes me as the type to be completely awful with technology that is just commonplace nowadays.
Her days would probably consist of struggling through work and only really enjoying the mandatory drinking parties because there's new types of alcohol out here.
