I've seen other read: Jerma and Vinny streamers pull it off just fine, but it's always going to be up to a combination of luck getting the AI to do something interesting, streamer creativity, and keeping the mood up until something interesting/funny happens. I think it'll be fine, not great, not awful. Just seeing Ame's fascination with fucking around with it will probably be cute enough to pass the time not accounting for anything else.
