Article 7's clause about providing the "Information" is unclear. If we assume it to be straight from english and not translated from Japan, which would have been the better option for the contract, then it could mean literally anything from needed contact addresses to unneeded Information about how many pairs of underwear you own should Anycolor request it. The fact that it's extremely unclear and works on assumptions rather than intent is not good for a binding contract.
Article 10 says that anything purchased through your paycheck, referred to as Materials, belongs to Anycolor and shall not be used for any other purpose but as an Anycolor vtuber, and should your contract end they can demand you send whatever you bought back to them if physical. It cannot be deemed a potential translation error referring to things like covered songs as it specifically mentions weight in Paragraph 5. They own your computer and everything on it, basically.
Article 13 says they can just take all of your money through anything considered a third party whenever they want.
Article 15 has the non-compete clause which I shouldn't have to explain is an inherently bad thing, even if there is a workaround by becoming an indie as you yourself cannot be a third party.
Article 17 talks about the penalties and how they can take anywhere from up to a month to an entire years worth of whatever you earned directly from you should you break the contract, and explicitly whatever is highest. That's as excessive of a penalty clause as it gets.
Article 18 Paragraph 5 states that Anycolor holds no responsibility for teaching you laws, which isn't inherently bad but is not a good idea in the context of someone working for a foreign company. Paragraph 7 claims they're not responsible if they decide to delete anything for whatever reasons. Paragraph 8 claims even if Anycolor can be proven to cause damages to Party B, they'll only pay for the prior 6 months from when it happened which is arguably the best part of the entire Article.
Article 19 Paragraph 1 claims if Party B should cause any damages, they can also be demanded to pay "lost profits", which is a slippery slope that not even lawsuits can get right by the fact that things like $100,000 "emotional distress" payouts still exist. Paragraph 2 and 3 explicitly says they will refuse to protect you in a legal fight against another vtuber, like Narukami, and instead you bear the full brunt of the cost.

There's more good and bad but I wanna leave this last one quoted from Article 20: Termination because it's quite funny.
