Honorary ENs are the ones who integrate with the Mythoclasts. The ones who do their Eigo reps are just auditioning to be a part of it.
So far, there are only three who could qualify for Honorary EN.

Marine is getting there with time. When Korone collabs with Mori, she'll pretty much be guaranteed a spot, since she's been doing her reps for months before EN even existed.
Unfourtunately for Kanata, Honorary EN doesn't work like a family tree, and you can't be Honorary EN once removed. But when she makes contact with one of the Mythoclasts, she'll have a good chance to be one.

Do you think Gura suffers any self esteem issues from being successful and yet continuing to not receive any respect from others? As we know from clips of her roommate, she's always been fairly shy and forces herself to be more outgoing. The "a" tweet was her trying to come up with something, anything at all to break the ice, and it's become a humiliating meme that haunts her in every video.

Honestly, I wouldn't blame her for avoiding Hololive collabs and sticking with anitubers like Mori. Sure, they might respect her about as much, but at least they have the excuse of not being close with her. HoloJP, on the other hand, has the pretense of "being family" that must hurt her every time she thinks back to that Among Us collab where they bullied and ostracized her. Frankly, I think the only reason she had such a good time with Gen5 was because they were already crippled and grasping for help. If Aloe were there, it would've been a disaster.

What I guess I'm saying is, Gura isn't really Hololive, and I don't mind that at all. She's unsuited for the kind of interactions the JP side enjoys. Haachama requested a collab with her, but let's be honest, do you really see the shy S*n* being able to keep up with her energy? She would be obligated to revert to the calmer Haato, even moreso than with Amelia, and I don't think Gura has it in her to say that much, which is why it's been sitting unanswered for weeks.

I'm inclined to believe she eats it, actually. Kiara is absolutely awful at lying and Kiara said that she spoke with Haachama offline on the phone and Haachama told her that she actually did eat everything she cooked.

I kick back on my chair. Another day, another stream of pretending to be unable to speak English. I'm jealous of Coco, I really am. If only I hadn't settled into this niche. I wonder if anyone spitting over CN girls even knows what it's like to live under an oppressive regime where the system brainwashed you since the moment you're born and everything you say can land you and your entire family in a labour camp. Even if you resist a part of the indoctrination, some stuff will subconsciously get to you. If you are out of the system's reach, they'll punish the closest relatives they can get ahold of.
I think that Coco, Cover or HoloCN girls aren't the ones to blame for the graduation.
Their graduation would not have happened if the retarded mass of Chinks didn't overreact to Coco and Haachama thing without even knowing what actually happened in those streams. They got sucked up into a narrative that the girls did something, if they actually weren't brainwashed and stupid, they would have blamed YouTube for acknowledging Taiwan, but that's far beyond their mental capacity.
As for the girls and whatever they did or did not do wrong, it doesn't matter. Their graduation is solely the consequence of antis.

Without going into it too much, Shion has gone through multiple depression arcs and Haachama has had multiple problems surrounding her family and her education. It's not something you can straight blame on their involvement with Hololive completely, it's more like the commitments/pressure that comes with it can exacerbate existing issues.
