I'm not sure why you are surprised. What were you expecting her to have? She has 123k followers. Let's say she's made 1000 posts on google plus. She's probably getting at least 100k views per post so that's at least 100,000,000 total views on her counter right there. So if she has 3000 posts total then it's pretty easy to see how she has so many views.

I'm not sure what you expect out of the game, but the games really aren't that great. They feel pretty low budget.

Oh, when you were asking why "they" hadn't translated the game yet, you were meaning a fan translation by the community? In that case, I would say the translation community really isn't that big. Not even all the episodes/shows get translated, and compared to that, a game is a lot of work (requires more than just Japanese knowledge, there is lots of text, no instant gratification from translators which they need to survive).
