How is it a retcon? She wasn't molested in arc 7 because they succeeded in saving her before that. And Teppei was referring to the old Satoko because he still didn't know what she looked like in 83.

How the fuck is this a retcon? At best, it's a sneaky way of trolling those fools who don't want to accept the molestation, giving them some peace of mind but actually laughing behind their backs because they fell for the bait and didn't realize what the tip was actually implying. They read it with the brain turned off and missed the whole context of what Teppei was saying and what kind of Satoko he was remembering.

No, anon. The TIP takes place when Teppei is just returning to Hinamizawa after a year. He remembered Satoko as a flat little kid, that's why he said he doesn't find her attractive. He molests her later on (in Tatarigorishi, not in Minagoroshi because he didn't get the chance) because upon meeting her he notices that she's grown a nice pair of titties.

The TIP is written from the point of view of a Teppei who has no idea what Satoko looks like NOW and thinks she's got a flat chest.

And every time they say that, they are proven wrong and exposed as PS3fags. The very TIP that supposedly implies Ryuukishi changed it, is clearly a red herring that contradicts Satoko's original character design, and it's explicitly framed as something Teppei thinks about before meeting Satoko for the first time in a year. His whole thought process in this tip stops being valid when he finally meets her, sees her unexpectedly decent tits and has her at his mercy.

Ryuukishi wouldn't just retcon an obvious molestation plot when he made it so incredibly clear in Tatarigoroshi. He just wrote the tip in such a way that people like you would fall for the red herring and take it at face value, while people who think about it for a little bit notice the contradictions and realize it's actually confirming what he did in the question arc.

She was molested in Tatari. There are dozens of hints that strongly imply it. It can't be any more obvious. Then there's the TIP from Minagoroshi that presumably also happened in Tatari, which says Teppei wouldn't molest her because she's a flat little brat. This is from before Teppei reached the village and saw with his own eyes that she's NOT the same flat kid as before.

And yes, her tits are canon because Ryuukishi made sure to show us Satoko naked. Yet another thing consolefags missed out on, so they can't be sure if it's canon or not with their version.

The DEEN anime has more soul than any console bastardization. At least they got the character designs right and didn't completely change Takano and Shion for no reason. What the fuck did Alchemist do to them? Takano lost her important military medal and has nothing, making the one Vier wears on her shirt utterly meaningless for consolefags. They also got rid of her spats and gave her a lame skirt that originally belonged to Shion. And Shion lost her sleevelesss sweater (replaced with a lame plain shirt), her golden necklace that showed her femininity as opposed to Mion, and even her original slutty black skirt got replaced by those lame... shorts? Shion was supposed to be a femme fatale appearance-wise, similar to Blue, the female protagonist in the first Pokemon Special manga. Taking away all her feminine/slutty clothes and accessories is a travesty.

Both the DEEN anime and Gou mantained the designs. They even kept Satoko's tits, which are important to understand WHY Teppei still molested her even after denying his attraction in that one tip. Meanwhile, consolefags got their own fucked up designs for Shion and Takano, as well as a Satoko body that creates plotholes in Teppei's actions.

That doesn't actually say whether he raped her or not. It's statistics, probably taken from when Ryukishi used to work with child protective services. A picture of sad Satoko does appear once it starts getting into what type of abuse happens with what kind of regularity, but I don't think it means that all of them happened to her.

The only thing that was fabricated by the Yamainu was the GHD. All of the TIPs concerning child abuse in Tatarigoroshi-hen don't have anything to do with them, and they have nothing to gain from incriminating Teppei.
Certainly Teppei does bad shit to Satoko, this is incredibly evident in every chapter in which she has to interact with him. And he does express a desire to have sex with her once she's older. But there's no indication that he actually raped her, as it is, right now.
The most indication we see of what happens to her is when Keiichi has to help her bring in groceries from Irie's car. The TIP "Emergency Note" only says this:

Ryu is a lolicon and wanted to draw Satoko naked in a serious situation (which is more humiliating than it being played for laughs). It makes sense that she'd drop the towel to run with all her strength from the homicidal maniac chasing her. And most importantly, it shows how far gone Satoko is and how vulnerable she has become. The proud and smug Satoko, now completely out of her mind and paranoid, running completely butt-arse-naked in the middle of the day. A human reduced to a scared, naked animal that doesn't even feel shame anymore, having lost her mind and relying on primal instincts. This is what Keiichi turned her into with his selfish actions. It's supposed to guilt trip you and make you feel awful for her, while also letting you separate the sprite from its context later on and think "heh, I saw Satoko naked". The two aren't mutually exclusive.

Hell, I'm the first to lewd Satoko and even I didn't find the sprite lewd during the actual story. It made me feel bad to see her so dehumanized and broken. It works perfectly and removing it hurts the story, not to mention it breaks the logic of the situation. But at the same time, it's extremely lewdable.

Also, the nude sprite serves to clear away any misunderstandings about her age (some idiots think she's 8, lmao) or whether she has tits or not. It also confirms she got molested in that arc, as I proved in a lengthy post about the Teppei TIP from Minagoroshi. Her body confirms Teppei would change his mind after seeing how she's grown. It also explains why Irie is particularly into her as opposed to Rika. And it also foreshadows her early puberty linked to the absence of a father figure.

The TIP confirms the molestation (which was heavily implied in arc 3) while making it look like it's denying it. It's his usual strategy of making you accept a plausible answer that falls apart when you examine the logic of it. But most people simply swallow the "reveal" without thinking and never notice they've been tricked into accepting nonsense.

It also brings up the idea that the Hinamizawa Syndrome shouldn't be flanderized and used as a scapegoat to explain away "delusions" or crazy behavior. Too many anons ignore the implications of a character's actions or their mindset, attributing everything to "the syndrome", even though the disease is explicitly written as something that increases paranoia and doubt, and may trigger flashbacks/delusions in its TERMINAL stage. Not the case here. Stop flanderizing the syndrome to explain away literally everything, it cheapens both it and the characters, that was clearly not the intention of the author.

Having Satoko freak out like that over thoughts of onii-chan is simply ridiculous and doesn't fit with the "logical paranoia" and realistic writing Ryuukishi uses in every other scene. This scene is obviously implying she got molested the night before, hence her reaction and rejection of reality because she feels trapped, humiliated and unsafe. She's remembering something she tried to repress and breaking down. She's not literally fearful of Keiichi raping her, that's dumb and requires far more delusion and paranoia. She isn't at that stage yet by this point.
