I think you should prioritize Nagato over Yura, at least. Outside of events you'd basically just use Abukuma any time you need a CL. NagaMutsu Touch gets stronger when both are K2.

Isuzu is just the best early game ASW ship, and 1-5 is a good early leveling map. She was my first level 80 ship, but has been completely neglected ever since I could use DDs/DEs for ASW. I don't think you should level her at this point, I'm just surprised you never did.

I do think you should make use of 1-5 to level your DEs, though, it's basically free. Once you get dupe DEs you want to level them to Kai and use for HP modernization. It's also a good, cheap alternative to 7-1 for ranking.

So for DDs I should prioritize Hatsushimo, Ushio, Kasumi, Asashio, Janus, and Amatsukaze. Got it! I’ll finish up Hamakaze and then have them follow suit.
CLs are pretty good thankfully, so I don’t really have too much work to do after Yura and Kiso. I’ll focus on leveling Kinu when everyone else I want to raise is done.
Mikawa quests look obnoxious, especially since I need to raise the likes of Kako, Furutaka, and Aoba. I’ll focus on those shitters first along with Choukai (who is actually good) so I can get those quests out of the way, then I’ll focus on the rest of the Myoukous, Mogamis, and Chikuma.
I’ll give Nagato a BP after Ise and Yura get remodeled to K2. I really want her to get a boost in FP since since she’s quite behind her sister. Even then, she really came in handy for me during the event because Nagamutsu Touch is just SK damn good. Kirishima I’ll definitely focus on in time.
CV(L)s are pretty good as they are once I finish up Zuikaku, but I need more CVLs in specific. I’ll focus on Junyou and Ryuujou first.

Isuzu would be really quick to level, but I guess I just never really found use for her. I do 1-5 every month since I unlocked it (as well as 2-5 through 4-5), but since my DDs are more than capable enough for OASW, the DEs are in the same boat as Isuzu.

I don't know when I'll remodel Nagato to K2, since having Mutsu fully remodeled is all I need for touch, but maybe she can be right after Yura.

Her overall stats are mediocre, but yeah, depending on the situation she may have some - some - utility. Also, ability to equip seaplane fighters.

Ranking rewards pretty much confirm that we'll be getting a British CV, although people are still arguing over exactly which one it is. Ark Royal was name-dropped in the equipment descriptions, take that as you will. Also, Zuiun Cult will meet for the final time tomorrow (Sunday JST), so hopefully more information comes out of that.

Oh, and Fumizuki K2 patch on the 31st (JST, Monday). More summer stuff (quests furniture etc.) as well.
