Browsing Ran character threads for the longest time he seems like someone who incidentally posted 3D MMD Ran, saw it made someone flip out merely by posting it, and the humor they got from that was motivation enough to keep doing it. That's it, and someone is compelled to keep humoring him everytime he feels like it.

It's trolling from that particular angle, but if you can imagine that, maybe, not everyone has such strong feelings about that model as you, it is absurd that in a thread with an OP literally portraying Ran as a slut, that model should be crossing some line of taste or grotesqueness.
