If you could explain it now you are more clear headed that would be great? what's your problem with the filters exactly. The only thing it can't point out is fluent Japanese speaking foreigners that only speak Japanese in chats.

Your claim has also weirdly changed from only EOPs watch hololive to EOPs only watch and appear when it's an english friendly stream. Surely those that appear and talk only when there is a english friendly stream are not fans. but you also interestingly state that even in english unfriendly streams that EOPs are the majority watching but they just dont talk? If you want to know that then the average is the most important thing when there are large differences between streams. That example in particular you picked is why word clouds also don't work because presumably you could pick chatting streams to word cloud and it would show more Japanese otherwise you are only looking for cherry picked results or something completely different like how many EOP's watch minecraft streams compared to the Japanese which is very different to the ratio is general/total.
