Tbh the no-raid rules are retarded af. Raiding inside your own network is about the best thing you can do for viewer retention. Having to 'put up with' raiders spamming for 3 minutes to then have an additional 5k viewers is a good fucking deal. I'd also assume it's just inflexible retard jp management again, but who knows. It's a Twitch concept. When streamers were ending their streams instead of just ending they'd direct all their viewers to another streamer. Twitch eventually incorporated it into an actual mechanic that will redirect everyone.

Usually the chat spams something like an emote or a message from the sending streamer. It's actually a great way to direct attention to smaller streamers.

On the youtubes though it's absolute heresy to mention another streamer in chat and somehow raid spam is different than the normal garbage. Ame probably got some chewing out from her manager after doing it a couple times so now she just says "go check out another holo! don't spam!" rather than anyone specific.
