If I remember right the other Nijis were talking about Council underperforming and going a bit overboard for what should have been a company Discord, Pomu then jumped in to drop her "This feels like all out war right now..." or whatever. So not really shitting on Hololive at all honestly, it's more like she was criticizing her fellow Nijis for pushing it too far.

You ignored basically every question but I can gather why. So in order to prove the contract with an NDA is real and not a fake sent by Zaion because she likes sticking her head in a metaphorical barrel of lit dynamite, you'd need proof from people who would have to break NDA to show that. Why would that make former livers any more or less believable than Zaion when you'd then have definitive proof they're willing to lie enough to break a binding document? The contracts also have an amendment clause so for all intents and purposes nobody but the 2 parties in each contract can definitely prove that Selen's contract is the same as Pomu's and Pomu's is the same as Alban's, but that's a technicality so don't think of it too much. As for the guy himself he speaks on what Nijisanji asked or required of him to do in their contract, but the bulletpoints are thus.
1. No NDA prior to seeing the contract, which is definitive proof the idea of an unsigned contract leaking can exist in the first place.
2. Required to give up voice acting.
3. Claims the contracts are "floating around out there" which reiterates the 1st point. This is my own personal reading but it also implies he knows other people who passed but said no, but it could very well also be him simply knowing it having no NDA means it'd get leaked eventually.
4. Believes everyone has different situations and Nijisanji could make them the most money in their lives, but otherwise believes it's a contract where he gets fucked "a lot".

If you want to put forward the idea of how the Nijisanji EN contract could possibly not be fake you really need to follow up yourself and explain beyond a one-sentence reply, I'm not going to keep making your points for you.
