Do you have the link to the video? Play the clip where she speaks, and then go to any Linchou stream and skip to practically any time. The voice doesnt sound similar, the way she speaks and the inflection are the literal exact same. The only argument you could possibly have for voices that 'similar' is if one is imitating the other, unless you want to argue Linchou is just imitating some 2k view youtube video from like 3 years ago constantly as her character.
