While I understand your feelings on the matter, personally I feel like a fever has broken over the thread recently, at least in the last few days.
It's like the rrat engine has completely broken down, and they can't hold one for longer than a few dozen posts anymore. Just look at Ame's birthday stream: An event that would've in the past destroyed a day's worth of threads, but instead, their rrat collapses in the hour, and antis turn from a force to worry about, to revealing themselves to have less pull than even the most pathetic Oriental raid on Coco.
I think it's been a surprisingly strong start to the new year. Stronger than most of December, even. And I see that trend continuing for a while.

It's an incredibly loose term because a lot of it bleeds into Youtube chat anyway, whether people like it or not.
I'm confident enough to give one example, that being channel raids. It's a feature on Twitch, it's encouraged, and people appreciate it there, which is fine. Holos will still direct you to another person's stream but you're not supposed to acknowledge a "raid" per their rules, which Ame has had to communicate a few times.

Unfortunately the state of Gura's fans is just a consequence of her size.
Ame's chat has been at its best these past few weeks. She's not afraid to put her foot down when she doesn't like something aya~, she also quietly moderates chat. I remember when Gura got her trident and ended her stream a bunch of people tried to raid Ame's stream but the word "trident" was likely banned because any mention of it stopped within minutes.
