Majima can be anything he wants to be and still be 100% qt as always. Would say Fujita really grew on me over time, yeah. Like Majima, I think it's not made explicitly clear in the main game that he does have more than what meets the eye. I'm fond of pic related CG and the FD story where he successfully schemed and took revenge at Mizuhito in his own way kek His VA in Dies Irae (over the top Masada chuunige) plays Göetz von Berlichingen who's more or less the complete opposite of Fujita so it's kinda entertaining to see the comparison where the other character is a total hardass nazi who can murder people from a single punch.

Henri definitely happens to be one of the few things that made Piofiore's writing pretty all right for what it is at the end. I enjoyed the finale for that reason. The rest of the cast wasn't so memorable to me unfortunately. I really wanted to like Nikola the most because of his design and VA but I remember his route being one of the weakest because he didn't much of an interesting reason to be with the protagonist. Rejet overall does better in non-R18 edgy otome in comparison imo.
And yeah, I heard good things about Kaminaru myself. Really wanna try that game and several others you mentioned someday! Cupid Parasite is a nice, light read despite the length imo. What I really liked about the game is that the scenarios in each route are segmented in short bits so it makes it very easy to play as a side game. It was the perfect otome to refresh and pick up any time when I was reading through really heavy chuunige at the time. Personally loved like the art direction in Cupid since I grew up with those kitschy Barbie doll aesthetics - thought the designers did a well done job at emulating it in that regard. Alan is also a total sweetheart and worth going through the game for. Totally not what he is from first impressions imo! Furukawa Makoto's VA work with fun but angsty mansluts is great.

I'm actually rather fond of the rival for Metty so it's a little disheartening how she turns on you if you befriend both him and her. Probably something a lot of people wouldn't want nowadays in this sort of genre but I wish you could pair up the other characters together and have them find their own happiness in love. Never played them myself but I heard some of the older mainline Tokimeki Memorial games actually does this despite being marketed as MC centric bishoujo games.
Oh yeah, I always recognize Morikawa Toshiyuki's voice for his sultry, deep voice in his other roles as well so I couldn't really tell that he did Wakaouji at first lol. Waka doing a Cuckjita whenever he gets rejected is just funny in my head kek.
Suzuka in TMGS1 was also great. The TMGS series does some of the best socially awkward messes to bully lovingly. Though, Taniyama voicing Trashjima is pretty wasted potential, yeah - especially since it was some obscure BS you had to jump hoops for. I figured Taniyama could have voiced a character who is actually based like in his other roles he played. Oh well

In what way if you don't mind elaborating a bit more? I'm curious because I enjoyed NMH1/2 and killer7 but I haven't played Silver Case nor its follow up. Both Suda51 and Gen Urobuchi (Psycho Pass' writer) are heavily influenced by non-Japanese media in general where the former even outright inserts Western bands like Joy Division without being subtle about it.
At any rate, I was always under the impression Psycho Pass was inspired by martial arts fiction + cyberpunk novels/movies more than anything else. It felt somewhat like a spiritual successor of Urobuchi's earlier VN work, 鬼哭街 The Cyber Slayer that also shared similar elements
