She's also not really a preacher type for the Dark Priest.

Why not just Vanilla Angel? The bigger theme is the religious bent (or in her case the disdain for it) and being the evil version of Jeanne.
And regular Jeanne isn't a dragon type in attitude or theme, although her general response at times is very much "Apply Cannons"

With my sister, she drove a caravan she stole off someone, over a little stack of bricks. I'm Dark ArchTemplar, at the imp2 burning village bossroom. As I headed up from the bottom, seeing the Night Elf Warden(A doppelganger?), my Avatar left me, so I was left as just the Warden too. I was fighting the boss solo, in front of the burning building, thinking Fate's Plasma Zanber Breakers were really useful for stunning the boss and keeping me alive. I'm unable to kill it, it disappears as I see a stat displaying showing how much managed I dealt. I see I have a Chain Heal ability, called something like "Call of the Sorceror", figuring it was because I'm Battler. I went towards top left, helping another guy fight the next boss, keeping us alive with the heal, until it disappears. My Avatar comes over and we fuse back together.

It's possible that Satoko serves as Miyabi's sponsor, but does that mean that all the Dark Awakening characters are also using some of Satoko's power, including Hanyuu and Rika's Doppelganger? Or is that the power that was stolen from Satoko by the antagonist, explaining why the state is so corrupted and glitchy?
If Miyabi is working for Witchtoko, I assume that she needs to keep Meitoko safe, too, so it makes sense that she got so closely involved with Shion, since it would be easy to convince her to do something that protects Satoko, offering her knowledge and power if she also keeps Ayaka safe as well.

I just hated how all the incredibly good foreshadowing turned out to either be red herrings or complete accidents.
Like I was really hyped when early on in Oni they were taking a walk and everyone in town knew who Keichi was even though they'd never met and Mion explained that "since they know everyone else, and that Maebara Keichi just moved here, they assume anyone they don't recognize is you"
I figured it was going to be some doppelganger shit with people in the village blaming him for the crimes of some other person and getting it wrong with a game of telephone.

That would explain how some people have no problem with him and others randomly try to murder him for no reason.
I also figured because of the syringe thing at the end that Oishi was actually the one after him the whole time, and the "informant" thing was actually in reverse with him trying to entrap K1 and incriminate him.

Either that or a intelligent maneating cicadas that emerge every 100 years to devour all life in the valley unless they're appeased by mass human sacrifice.
