In tv words it would be a popcorn flick. It's got great emotional highs and characters, but the plot is of course retarded.
On the other hand Himawari Shoujo has those same highs but it's intelligent, it explores an interesting topic (futurist rehabilitive crime system) and it's characters have psychological depth on top of Gsenjou's simple emotional depth.
