I lost 6 years of my life to being terminally online.

This is something that I've realized and that I've been trying to work out for a while now, but from 2018 to basically mid 2023/2024 I lost all track of time.

It all started by struggling in uni, skipping classes, gradually spending more and more time on the internet, even after dropping out I thought things would work out somehow, but since they never did I guess at some point I subconsciously sort of gave up as well

Then my room became my life, 4chan, internet. I never realized the damage I was doing to myself. When I look back I barely remember anything, it's like I had spent those years in prison, nothing happened, just a void, yet all feels so recent.

But you know what actually happened? My dog got old, my mom got old. My body got fucked, my teeth went bad, my mental health became utter shit. I got old. Life didn't wait for me.

I spent from 20 to 26, precious years of my youth in my room in a zombie fentanyl like state that was basically waking up, using the computer for 14 hours straight and then sleeping. That was it, for 6 years of my life, how does that even happen? There were some brief periods on and off, but that was the average. No friends, no experiences, no travel, no progress, just that.

I started snapping out of it gradually not long ago, big shock when I found myself saying...'"in two months I'm 26, I don't feel like 26" of course I don't feel like that, I had done absolutely nothing, my brain was in the same exact place.

Now in the present, with almost 27 years old, you have no idea how much it burns on my chest, this guilt, I can't forgive myself, my precious youth. I started reflecting on everything that I've been doing, the things I've sort of ignored for being in this fentanyl zombie state, my grandma dying, I've been ruminating on these past years and I can't but feel it's not real what happened, it can't be. I have even spit myself in the mirror out of hate.

When are you going to abandon your dream of going to Japan, anons? They don't want you there.

I was making the list of a bunch of Japanese horror movies from mid-late 90's/early 2000's to watch, the ring/grudge type thing (be free do add your suggestion if you want to), and i was remembering a bunch of scary images and videos that scared the shit out of me over the years, i remembered watching this one on YT, but have no idea how to search for the source besides key words like "Japanese", "hospital", "found footage", and that obviously led me nowhere, if its a movie what is it called, if its some kind of tv station Halloween prank like ghostwatch, then where can i find better footage at least ?

Thank you for any help you can give, i was going to go to /tv/ with this, but then realise no one would probably be interested in something isn't sopranos or bane posting related.

>no lights on in front, waiting for small amount of time
>Koishi looking over at right towards only lit windows with the way I'm holding her
>I idly look over as well to see a girl not much younger than me looking back at us through crack in blinds
>she quickly shuts the blinds, this repeats again a minute later after I've sat down to the side
>I can hear her muttering to someone else inside
>I look at the small youkai girl silently
>she looks back.
