What you’re saying is useless. This thread has been celebrating cuckoldry lately and while I don’t agree with some of your points I do agree that in general this year hololive has drifted away from the idol route as a company. There are some talents that want to be idols but the company has obviously been pushing them to go away from that route (see holizontal) and since a lot of talents in the end are just people they do shit they feel they can get away with.
The nail in the coffin for me was how after the suisei’s bf leak they allowed her to just guilt trip people for being logical about what happened. I didn’t want her to retire but the level of ego you have to have to go on stream and give a lecture that has nothing to do with the fact you were found out hanging out with ikemen idols is insane. The original members of hololive and some from gen 1 and 2 used to infrequently collab with males more than 4 years ago, back when the company was in its infancy and none of them had more than 100k subscribers.
It was to get the Hololive brand out there and leeching off niji males and other popular indies worked back then. But then, once they didn't need to anymore, almost all of them stopped doing it. The exceptions were Sora as head of the company, Fubuki, Matsuri, Suisei, Azki when promoting other singers, and very rarely Roboco.
Even now, the vast majority of hololive girls still don't collab with males. But this year has seen significant changes for some of them.

And then, just last week, for the first time ever in any branch of hololive, one of the ID girls did an off-collab with three of the holostars away from the studio at one of their houses in private. That is unprecedented in the company and should never have been allowed, even for a side branch.

This year has seen a drastic change in content for many of them and I'm tired of you insufferable newfag braindead niggers coming here and parroting this "it's always been this way" bullshit while trying to rewrite the past. You're acting as if all the members who collab with males now have always done so and that couldn't be further from the truth.
