- regarded as one of the stronger performers at S1 No.1 Style and some consider her talents wasted at such a vanilla and unadventurous studio
- prolific squirter with many references to this with thematically-relevant and watery keywords such as "hydration", "drowning", "waterboarding", etc
- at one point, a comically distorted clip of her face wearing a bemused expression and shaking her head taken from her TikTok was often used as a condescending response to mock hastily-deleted posts containing typos, usually restating the typo verbatim even after a corrected version had already been posted
- enjoys substantial notoriety after a number of controversial events, first beginning with her public announcement on the site formerly known as Twitter detailing her aspirations to become the #1 AV actress; this has been criticised as grasping, having delusions of grandeur, as well as lacking the stereotypically Japanese humility otherwise expected of her.
- in response, her infrequent appearances on sales rankings such as those organised by BookMate prompt eager mockery and detractors jumping at the opportunity to point out her absence but given BookMate's operations being limited to the smaller Japanese island of Shikoku, miru fans sourly criticise its inhabitants as country bumpkins with poor taste and little buying power. miru detractors in turn have extended this into proclaiming the entire island of Shikoku being wholly unaware of miru's existence at all
- her smug and haughty appearance is often adapted and overexaggerated in barbed posts meant to highlight a perceived superiority by her more militant fans; some have considered this falseflagging to generate negative PR but there is no indication that those participating in this behaviour aren't themselves genuine fans of miru
- this culminated in a miruposter staking his claim to JAV Thread #1000 despite general consensus that such a historically significant edition should be dedicated not to any singular actress but instead to the general as a whole. this put him at odds with collagebro who had compiled several hundred commonly-seen JAV and/or /jav/-specific memes for use as the OP image. when the miruposter eventually made his thread first, the masses -once divided in their ideals, philosophies, and JAVfus - put aside their differences and collectively denounced his acts as usurpation, instead flocking to the slightly late collagebro edition which became the de facto #1000 after the miru thread was soon deleted after limited activity
- at the friendly suggestion of experienced hagchad PR experts, more moderate miru fans have tried to repair her public image in-thread by tirelessly helping requests for the identification of actresses and codes (signing off any good deeds by referencing their faction) though their more militant counterparts' pricklier disposition elsewhere has meant this process has been slow
- while actresses being older than their stated "stage" age is nothing new, some assert that miru is actually significantly older and possibly even in her 30s; to what extent this is a hagchad power play is unclear. this has been exacerbated by her casual donning of the "Hag Ensemble" (i.e. a "mama suit" typically worn by Japanese mothers attending their children's school events) with no further explanation
- an immense following in Taiwan as well as her significant female fanbase are badges of honour for many miruposters citing her mass appeal
- her self-harm scars are an open secret but play little part in discussion/criticism

- a unique and almost paradoxical combination of exotic facial features, some degree of girl-next-door energy, overt lewdness, exceptional charisma, and general silliness have proven incredibly potent in cementing her as an immediately recognisable thread mainstay, even without considering her MOODYZ exclusivity and poster girl status
- once weaponised by her fans through subliminal messaging/image tactics in the form of underlaying a high-transparency picture of her (complete with enormously distinctive/distinctively enormous grin faintly visible to the most observant) as part of a larger composite of other actresses with the stated intention of asking its beholders to choose their favourite from the clearly visible selection. it is still unclear what long-term effects these repeated experiments have had on /jav/ regulars' brains
- her friendship and collaborations with Ibuki Aoi have drawn comparisons to the pairing being the two forms of Dragonball Z's Zarbon or, for the more mythologically inclined, the relationship between Gilgamesh and Enkidu (with the more primal and perhaps less sophisticated/refined of both these respective binaries being associated with Nozomi's larger features and aggressive sexuality)
