I guarantee, the one thing that people scrutinize you over or criticize you about as an artist, is gonna be the one thing that propels you to greatness. They say you can't draw. They say you aren't technically proficient. They say you ain't academic enough. But, the one thing they can't say is that you ain't got soul. Keep drawing. Keep painting. Success is around the corner. You the best.

Dude. You do NOT have to be a master draftsman OR painter to create a good piece of art. Like someone said, it just has to look good. That comes from the gut. Like I said before in another thread, I knew by the age of 7 or 8 that I was gonna be a decent artist. Sometimes people have to accept, it's not in me. It could be dormant, but from what I see, you are having trouble CREATING art. You don't even finish your work probably.
You don't have to be a dope draftsman. Hell, I'm not. You don't have to be a dope painter. I not that good at that either. You just have to come from a certain place. You know if you got it. Most don't and never will.

How does that relate to my art? How is technical ability a prerequisite for passion? Oh, I forgot. This is coming from the same people that thinks Van Gogh was shit. Because, we all know he wasn't passionate. Him and his lack of technical ability. Basquiat too.

I always use to talk on DA about how easy digital is. This is my first digital painting. I didn't know what the hell I was doing.
