I had an old camera that could do this. But then you had to move eject the memory card to get it into the computer.

Is there an iPhone (or pixelmator) filter that can fix uneven lighting and perspective when a phone is used as a scanner? For example, it this image there is a shadow in the lower right hand corner.

Such a filter would assume that the paper should be an even white and adjust the brightness locally accordingly. Fixing perspective issues such as paper curved near the spine would be nice too.

The camera has a fairly wide lens in order to capture this much of the room. Projecting a curved focal plane onto a flat sensor will always result in distortion.

Doing your perspective lines the way a camera would capture them is possible, but very hard. It would involve subtle curves in your "straight" lines, and other issues.

>And /ic/ is full of those who have given up their honor entirely.

Have you SEEN the rest of 4chan? What fraction of images on 4chan would you say were posted with the permission of the original artist?

>Pretty sure they drew part of it and traced parts they had trouble with.

How do you draw such a nice face and then have trouble with that one damn line?

This is not a trace. You can't make more than one line at a time line up. The only thing that is similar is the butts which are both butt shaped and are basically defined by a single curved line.

Can one line be plagiarism? You are taking this idea to a ludicrous extreme, and all you will accomplish is traumatizing budding artists.

Would it be okay if the artist posted that pic on his website and said "This is what I sell." ?

No one has ever asked a woman to pose with her hands on her hips before? Exactly how many possible human poses are there? I'd bet it's less then 500.

Well, in most cases he has improved on the originals.

The running pose top right looks like it has a knee bending backwards impossibly. Some of the others have legs that look a bit small. (But just within human possibility.) Bottom right is much better.

In the internet age, there are so many images available that it is not possible to draw anything that does not coincidentally resemble SOMETHING out there. There is really only one way to show a girls butt and face in the same shot, and this is it.

The pose may be cliché, but that doesn't make it tracing. Superimpose the two images and you'll find that they don't really match at all.

Good forms, but rather risky on the subject matter. I'd go light on certain details until some musium says you are famous.

It depends on what you are trying to do here. If you are trying for an attractive natural face, I'd say the nose is the biggest problem, you have these two straight parallel lines that don't look like any kind of human anatomy. The lips have a hard line tracing an area that would be a light pink transitioning smoothly to skin tone. You need to imply that line somehow rather than actually drawing it.

The eyes work well at conveying sadness. It's interesting that you wrote the word "devil" as the face conveys melancholy and sadness rather than evil.

The hair is good as a sketch, but if you intention is to clean this up and color it, you are going to end up wasting most of the effort you've done there.

Then why do they seem equally unlike each other? Why does the RYGB combo seem balanced? It can't be entirely due to Uno cards.
