That value study was done before the master works and hardly has the same amount of work. I re did the bust on paper first at least 15 times before moving on. there are still mistakes in the nose that drive me nuts. I'll start doing more studies and post them when done.

The commissioner asked I put a censor and flip the image for the reverse side of the image. They get printed on to pillow cases to my understanding. Professor said line quality was good with the overlapping. Not happy with Aj's color pallet. Though I have drawn worse for $ I would rather not draw adult content with such characters. I'd much rather move away from that and make art for the sake of enjoyment that can be a bit more age appropriate for such styles. I want to progress to where I can create content people enjoy and make some thing that will affect others in a positive manner. That said anything relating to that specific fandom well when I was a kid I only used to draw horses and ponies when I was 4-7. I still enjoy the style from the show and do things for personal light satire of it all... In all honestly all fan bases are not with out their disappointments. Pic relevant to text

My art professor said it was a good thing to add in to show what experience I have. Not sure if it's too risque though my self.

I know these are awful but I'm told they sell exceedingly well. The original commissioner has been trying to hire me to create more. should I include this in my portfolio to show that I've done more professional based work in general?

I feel like I need direction: What sort of studies should I work towards? I've been told I'm terrible at expression and I'm starting a small project at stylizing and cartooning characters to practice some more 'expression' based art with body language and faces. Should I be working in stylized art or do more traditional studies and try to create master works and photo studies and light logic?

When I go to sell or do art I generally make $50 an hour.
