Well if you’d like a more unbiased take, there’s people that post in #general, there are people that post memes, some that post art. A strong core pops into vc every so often when they’re not busy. We get around 5-15 entries on our little monthly events out of the 100 or so users we have. Some post their pics directly into the art channel while others post as links to Twitter. It’s your average but small Art discord. Nothing mind blowing but comfy enough for me.

Hiya. I have a personal rule where I myself don’t give out invites to specific people, but if you know someone in ABA just tell them to ask me for an invite link and I’ll give them one to invite you with. There’s also like 4 other mods that you can ask since I’m a minor mod.
The pettiness thing is mostly just an act.

However, if you’re a certain person with a colour as a name who wrongfully accused me of calling them a nodraw or Ngmi and then threatened to send their fans after me, I’m not very inclined to invite them back. I’m still quite salty about that altercation.

As I stated before, I was hoping others would use this thread to promote alternative sites for art discussion that could compliment - not replace - /ic/, but this conflict of ours has knocked this thread so off kilter that I would rather delete this thread if I could.

When I say act like “adults” I mean trying not to mean to people for no discernible reason. If someone’s sole way of finding enjoyment is to randomly insult or disrespect others in a non-joking manner, and then complain when called out for it, then I have no choice but to chastise their behaviour.
